Transferring an interest in real property can involve important legal documents, whether you are adding or removing someone from a property, transferring property between spouses, handling a property after the death of an owner, or planning for the future.
We provide professional document preparation assistance for common real estate transfers and ownership changes. Whether you are buying or transferring an interest in a property, changing ownership between family members, transferring property to a spouse, or handling a property following the death of an owner, we can help prepare the appropriate documents for your situation.
Our goal is to make the document preparation process clear and straightforward, helping you understand what information is needed and ensuring your documents are prepared accurately for the next step in the process.
Our Process

What's Included In Your Package:
For applicable transactions, your LDA Document Services package includes:
Document Preparation:
Preparation of the document you select based upon the specific information and instructions you provide.

Review of the existing recorded deed for names, current vesting, legal description, APN, and other factual information needed for preparation.
Preliminary Change of Ownership Report:

The PCOR provides the County Assessor with information regarding the property and transaction.
